The car was ready for us before the plane landed, and we were very comfortable when returning it to the airport.
We are very grateful that the return of this vehicle went smoothly before moving to Village (Ulu Tau), and CikLan had no problem picking up this vehicle from Tatau town, where we had suddenly changed plans at the last minute.
Being able to provide this amazing service is truly amazing and much appreciated. Car rental in CikLan Legacy is highly recommended for those coming to Bintulu.

Satisfied with the service and the car was ready for picked up at the airport. Car interior was clean as to be expected with more than sufficient petrol. The cigarette lighter for charging the phone was not working however found out later that there is socket for charging cable in the dashboard compartment. Overall the staff was responsive and very swift in answering queries. Highly recommended.
